She is currently working as an assistant professor in the Namık Kemal University, Vocational School of Health Services, Child Development and Teaching Program. She received her Ph.D. degree (2007-2012) from the Hacettepe University Institute of Educational Sciences and completed the Master Degree (2005-2007) from the Hacettepe University Institute of Educational Sciences. She worked as a Primary education teaching Professional (2005–2011), as a School Manager (2010–2011), as a R&D Specialist (2011–2013) and as an Academic Staff in 2013. She has a vast teaching experience comprising teaching-learning Processes and methods, active Learning, teacher training, comparative education, curriculum development and primary education.
