Andrew has been a faculty member at Chinese Culture University for over 30 years and has published many research articles in various domestic and international journals spanning from soil and water conservation, rainwater utilization, urban hydrology, environmental pollution control to land use planning. He also has served key executive board positions in several international scientific associations/organizations and scientific editor/chief editor of several international journals. Andrew has received the best research article award (1995) from the Journal of Soil and Water Conservation, published by the Soil and Water Conservation Society of America. He has also received the best reviewer award (2015) from the Journal of Disaster Management, published by the Disaster Management Society of Taiwan; 2018 Peer Review Awards for Top 1% in Fields of Agricultural Sciences, Environment/Ecology, and Multidisciplinary from Publons, a part of Clarivate Analytics.
